And, upon further reflection, it is even more subtle I think. She knows their minions hate Trump, so by connecting the release to POTUS, and by association (sort of), it makes it all about Trump instead of about getting to the truth and following the rule of law. Very sneaky. By tying it to Trump, it gets the minions EMOTIONS involved. Emotions short circuit logic. Why do you think car salesmen try to get you to go for test drives?
