It would be great if we could get rid of a whole bunch of court decisions that seem like total bullshit when you read them. The law over the last 100 years is just bullshit bad decision after bullshit bad decision.
Roe can go. Abortion can be banned.
Everson can go. No such thing as separation of church and state.
And the court's interpretation of laws like the 64 civil rights act can be reworked. They didn't pass that law to help gays and trannys. That whole discrete and insular minorities bullshit, no. The law was passed to help blacks, not anybody who thinks they're in a part of a group that wants shit.
Whole bunch of other things could be fixed. Fuck stare decisis, mistakes were make and need to be fixed. 100 years ago, we had freedom of contract, under Lochner, and then 80 years ago that freedom of contract went away. We can have today's crazy things go away with the right judges.
