The only actual point he brought up is what most true anons already knew, that the were sealed proceedings, not indictments. He then uses cherry picked results to try paint the picture that this number of sealed proceedings is normal. Sealed proceedings are normally only used for organized crime, so cherry picking is easy, just pick the one branch of time when a big criminal organization was hit.
It's safe to say it is indeed worth keeping in mind there is a large amount of sealed proceedings going on behind the scenes. It is NOT safe to conclude all of the sealed proceedings is business as usual and throw it all away.
