Burden of proof is on you to present the argument. Not me. Given your lack of sauce, and that the # of indictments sauce is accepted, the only refutation of your statement that is needed is "No, you are incorrect."
I find the current evidence on indictments solid. I also know the pacer argument has been settled in favor of our current indictment knowledge.
