Stumbled across this interesting stuff

I saw the sealed indictments at >>1986043 and one entry stuck out to me: Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) with 2 indictments.
Given that the CNMI has about ~55,900 some people, it shouldn't be all that hard to figure out who might have been hit.

CNMI is also a sort of shadow zone that qualifies as America and Chinese at the same time for export reasons.
