I think vegas was cover for an assassination attempt on a HVT. I think the mass shooting was real and people died but was perpetrated by Cabal assets as cover for said assassination attempt. I think they are trying to clean up anyone who may have been eye witnesses that can go against the narrative of single white male shooter.
