I understand that, but something triggers that endless loop that results in death. The cancer must be a state of being, such as fire, having no motivations to save even it's own life as it will die with the host. It would make sense to me that no cell is a cancer cell and that all cells have the potential to be triggered into endless multiplication.
If I were an evil scientist and it was my goal to end lives in this manner I would target the vital organs obviously. You don't see a lot of people with cancer in their muscle tissues, I wonder why that is.
