the complaint is about 201 elections. He did nothing. Nobody did anything about the 2017 special election fraud either. POTUS put together a panel located in KANSAS ( TRUST KANSAS) they gathered all needed info and abruptly disbanded. This is the 1st election that would show a widespread corruption. The kind needed to prove the system dysfunctional as required by law to disband the civilian system and institute the military system.
