Dear XXXXXXXX Parents, Students, and Staff,

We have received several phone calls from concerned parents regarding a possible threat to student

and staff safety at the high school and/or middle school. This letter is to inform you that we are aware

of the situation and have investigated it from the perspectives of school administration as well as law

enforcement. At this time, we have no indication that there is a credible safety threat. We will continue

to monitor the situation and will also monitor and adjust our safety protocols accordingly. Please know

that school safety is our highest priority and that all matters pertaining to a potential safety threats are

taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and monitored close
