Montana was stolen. They did it the exact same way they did it in 2012. They held back all the liberal/high population counties until very late morning yesterday so they could use Fraction Magic to assign the numbers they needed to each candidate.
Milwaukee city is where they held them back til dawn last time trying to steal it for Hillary.
