They are already here even with the rules and police state in the "land of the free" that has a far higher percentage of it's population incarcerated than any other country in the world. The destruction of the black community and families came from the enforcement of the 40 year long "war on drugs",the welfare state, and gov't regulations creating economic wastelands and taking fathers out of the home, What else are you going to do?
