so you get signed up for 1Gigabit Fiber connection but they forget to tell you what you need in order to utilize that connection..
CAT5e/CAT6 RJ45 Cables are a must.
if you have a hub/switch make sure that it is a Gigabit Switch.
If you are on Wifi log into the 5G if possible then check your speeds through Control Panel Network & Internet > Network Connections.
if your getting only 100Mbps then there is likely either a bottleneck or your hardware does not support Gigabit Internet speeds.
