Strong Cities Network (notable digging in bread #4845)

Just started looking through USAspending.gov and this one popped up. So our State Department went to London to get expertise on how to counter violent extremism. No, it isn't a lot of money but there were clues in this entry. CVE ~ Countering Violent Extremism which appears to be a sister term Strong Cities Network.
