Agreed. Completely. Unfortunately, the last incident in the very same street as todays', 4 were murdered vehicularly and 23 were injured because police did not stop-dead, the perpetrator, when given the chance.
I hope that they investigated are, Anon. Cops here don't discharge the weapons at all often because of the scrutiny they receive. I truly hope that it is legit and it appears to be:
