If they are manufacturing votes it means none of the ballots will have unique fingerprints distinct from those of the people doing the rigging.
The problem for them is they’re damned if they did or didn’t wear gloves when handling the ballots. If each of those ballots doesn’t have a finger print unique to the individual voter who signed it, then the fraud is demonstrable.
The only way they could get around this is by having a bunch of illegal aliens or out of state citizens handling the ballots.
The forensics will reveal all.
