How is it possible that the person in charge of Broward County elections was found by a court to have acted illegally during 2016 elections for destroying ballots and was not fired. Maybe they count on the machine,along with Palm Beach,to steal elections.Years of irregularities.

Whitaker’s appointment is NOT unconstitutional or invalid. Under the Vacancies Reform Act, the President is authorized to designate as Acting A-G an officer or employee who has been at the DOJ for at least 90 days. Whitaker meets this legal standard.
