Whistle blower signed affidavit that triggered criminal investigation prior to 2016 election. She claims to have witnessed workers with stacks of absentee ballots repeatedly filling them out. It was apparently on County property IIRC.

Hopefully, this was a sting. They let them think no one was watching and that they could get away with it.
