People need to understand where a lot of illness and soil destruction has come from.
And we need a law that prevents us from ever getting sprayed with someone's bright idea again, without a public hearing in Congress. It is an attack on all of us.
A literal attack on our population.
Any time a plane starts willy nilly dropping shit on us so we can breathe it, because "muh research" we need to have immediate military response. We need to make it come down or shoot it down with military jets. Pilots need to think twice. Military needs to understand that bad guys get the high tech sometimes, and we need to defend against our own MI, colleges, and private acting criminals in those instances.
If we are not careful, we will go through the same 20 conspiracy bullshit with the directed energy weapon, even though we have lab proof of what happens when you create cold fusion in a lab with a simple microwave beam, and a simple tesla coil. There are variants of this energy weapon using a BB sized ball of Helium, and there are probably others. Lets learn a lesson here. People put their heads in the sand out of fear what they are looking at might be true. They fear the consequences of reality, so, "conspiracy theory" in the mocking sense, is their denial tool.
