Saw the post about shots fired at a Kanye video shoot and thoughts drifted to his daughter's name… North West. Then remembered the final scene of the movie Hereditary - a movie about a cultist family with a history of psychological problems including disassociative identity disorder, and the birth of a moonchild to house Paimon, one of the kings of hell.

The head witch (or whatever) says:

>You are Paimon, one of the eight kings of Hell. We have looked to the (((NorthWest))) and called you in.

Apparently, Paimon is one of the demonic princes overseeing the four cardinal directions, west being his domain.

No idea if that's why he named his kid North West, but considering his buddy John Legend and wife supposedly birthed a moonchild…i wouldn't be surprised.
