Most of them are Stupid….They have zero of what we would call common sense….Add to that, those in DC think they know best for Everyone…So they create these "One Size Fits All" policies that might work in the suburbs of Maryland but have very little value throughout the rest of the country….Worse their local managers are given very little discretion in how the policies are applied nationwide….
Hugely inefficient, wasteful. and applied uniformly bad…………………………….
