We've all heard that before.

What if /ourguys/ had secretly planted marked bills all over the place in cabal operations, with foreknowledge the money would be used for fuckery?

PapaD told us the bills were marked and very sensitive.

My guess is that these bills were transferred from /ourguys/ to 'them' through undercover whitehat operators.

These people are stupid.

It's all been a setup.
