This is officially a crime scene. Get everyone out, lock it down (to include no loading up crap in cars/vans and coming in and out) and send in competent investigators (the hard part). This is investigations 101.
Why don't they lock it down, get everyone out, and get a search warrant. One could be written easily to look for the voting records that the judge ordered earlier. It's investigations 101.
I would hope that the judge who requested the records would be on duty to sign it, but it's crazy down there. POTUS to the rescue.
