In a previous bread, somebody asked about voter ID laws and if every state has to pass a law.

NO!

The US Constitution is clear on this issue.

Article I, Section 4, Clause 1:

"The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Place of Chusing Senators."

Catch that? Congress MAY OVERRIDE THE STATES on the issue of voting, at least for federal offices.

Now, getting the Dem controlled House to propose a law is just mental masturbation – UNLESS …

What if FISA brings down the House means some of those Dem members will resign or be arrested?

Suddenly, a 10-vote majority turns into a minority.

Even without that drastic move, if Q team has the goods on voter fraud, Dems in red states will have a tough time opposing something to fix the problem.

Q team got 40 RINO's to leave Congress. Only need a dozen or less Dems to leave, be booted, or vote like their life depends on it.

Feds can implement voter ID, and when it is challenged in Court, what do you think the new majority on SCOTUS will have to say about Article I, Section 4, Clause 1?
