Long ramble below. Just don't read it if you don't want to. Just replying because I thought this person was interested in weird responses.
I'm not sure if this is what you are thinking, but I will offer up an idea where I was thinking outside of the box.
Maybe there are different levels of microcosm that are all connected.

GLOBAL = reflection of LOCAL.
Think MIRROR.
Know your enemy.

Brain (thoughts)

Body (actions)

State
Country
Earth
Solar system
Local cluster
Etc.
Maybe each higher level is just a reflection of the lower levels. There are levels that you can control (self-house). There are levels that you could have an impact on with your thoughts and actions, but are not in direct control of (city, state, maybe country if you do something big.). Having an impact would be easier at city level than state, though, etc. There are levels that are seemingly outside of your reach to have an impact on (world - >…).
Maybe the world is just a reflection of your own mind. If you change your thoughts to remove nagative things, and take action in the levels which you can control, do the higher levels change based on you changing yourself? (example if you quit watching porn, does the problem of sex Trafficking go away?) (example stop lying, stop being a hypocrite, stop thinking you're better than other people, etc.)
If Perception is reality and I can convince just myself that something is true (fully believe it by thinking out a mechanism for how it might be made true) does it manifest itself into reality.
Collective consciousness. How do they use the movies to manipulation (harness our collective energy) to control the world?
This fake science is just a trap to make us beleive things aren't possible. A big puzzle trap. Behold! Bee hold.
I think President Trump stole the Screenwriter's Pen to this Great Movie, which really does give him FULL CONTROL. I think his business (which he referred to as an instrument) is some 5D+ symbolic warfare.
