Santa Rosa Oct. 9, 2017 caused by PG and E. They now think that is also the reason for the fire in Paradise.

That is what they are thinking. Here is the 911 operator sending out firetrucks to downed power lines in Butte yesterday. Can you make sense of them?
They have been here, PG and E, clearing out brush and checking all the power lines with helicopters right before this happened. Clearing the brush made it easier to see the odd lights they have out in the woods. They seem even bigger than they did before all the brush was cleared. Live next to open space in N. California.
Point: I have my suspicions about those lights they put out there. Possibly lidar? Cameras? Seems odd.
Just that they told us on twitter, the local fire department, that we would see lots of activity for a few weeks, including low flying helicopters. But, I am basically the source. They were working outside my home. And all over the area. N. California.

Do they have those climate change boxes out in the open space? They say that they are lidar to measure moisture and the canopy, etc. They bother me.
