Cabal relationships are different. Generally, a person doesn't enter the cabal, or remain in it, if they don't participate in the rituals.
Kutcher testified that he ran a child trafficking rescue organization. He put on quite the acting performance for McCain. Kutcher testified that he went along on law enforcement raids and entered squalid buildings to rescue the kids. I´m no seal team member, but I know that´s bullshit. Why would he lie about that? Perhaps because his organization doesn't save kids, but exploits them? I don't think McCain picked him to testify because he was a fan of the 70's show.
