Create fake ballots-→ 10 yrs
Destroy ballots-→ 10 yrs
Vote multiple times (purposefully)-→ 10 yrs
Machine tampering-→ 10 yrs
Seems a few prosecutions and convictions would solve this problem immediately with proper oversight.
