all should know the difference… until the United States announce publicly that they have returned to a constitutional republic… with a sovereign currency… most will never know… (nor care… even if narrated by kardashian)
i've always had issue with "sovereign" my self… it gives me the impression that there is royalty involved… but in fact it is "full right and power of a governing body over itself, without any interference from outside sources or bodies"… or something like that.
backing it with gold and/or silver… or a recognized basket of assets would be ideal
