There are species of plants in Cali that require the heat of forest fires to cause their seed to germinate. Fire is a part of their natural life cycle. To that end many of these plants produce extremely flammable compounds in their leaves to actually encourage this process. It's also a climate that has long dry periods with strong winds (right now).

So one little spark.. and FWOOSH!!!

Some guy has signed an affidavit claiming to have seen election official filling out piles of ballots themselves. That is plenty to launch a proper investigation.

However, I have a hard time seeing how such an investigation can spread nationwide, as it needs to. I speculate that the unreleased report on fraud during the 2016 elections may have been kept secret so that it could be used as the basis for wiretaps of officials in suspect areas.

I saw that 2 years ago when it first can out. Basically, they discovered that the software uses floating point numbers, instead of integers as you expect, and has the ability to process fractional votes. They thought they found the smoking gun. This lead to hundreds of articles being written about it as proof of fraud.

It's not.

Electronic voting machines are a bit hinky. But secretly turning on the weighted vote feature is not how election fraud is done. That would complicate the fraud in ways that would risk detection.
