I'm suspecting that
BROWARD IS A SETUP
but not in the way that would be obvious. I think it is designed to highlight the ongoing problem of different electoral standards and methods, to prompt a federal Voter ID legislation.
Thats the Cousin Pookie argument, originally given by Obama. Basically the D lawyers will try to claim in court that their constituents are too stupid to know how to vote, and need help at every level.

Yep, that's the kicker. Obama urged all his constituents to get Cousin Pookie off the couch and help him vote, since he didn't know how. The D lawyers have repeatedly used this line of thinking that getting an ID is too difficult, or finding the right location is too difficult, or figuring out the ballot is too difficult. Basically anything and everything is a disenfranchisement to their constituent voter, that is their line of reasoning.

I will never forget the hanging chad election and Algore. It was such a national embarrassment to me…here we are most powerful nation on earth and we can't even stage a reliable election result without getting lawyers bickering over who intended to punch a chad. The detail of it was riveting yet revolting, that we had sunk to such a low level.
