Wondered about who actually prints ballots in Florida. Just a quick look on the first search hit which lead to Miami-Dade County.

 

Which lead me to the following thought: Ballots are almost as precious as paper money. Paper money is printed (to the extent possible ) so that it is difficult to counterfeit. Perhaps in addition to voter ID, a "non-counterfeit" ballot should be required.
