I chose to vote on time on Tuesday, to see what conditions on the ground would be. my area is semi-rural anyway, so I figured if anything were to overtly happen it would at least be a fun watch because our townfolk don't put up with soyboy shit.

Anyway, when I went in they had a new system for checking the id's; the typical voter roll books were gone, and a digital signature pad was present.

I made a comment that that was new, and I asked when it was instituted. They told me it was done in September of this year.

So I know my signature was checked against a database.
