It's not too much code. Q is just initiating the next stage. Some others here may help explaining what all of those stand for ("sec" is most likely security, for example).
Most (conservative) Americans just want to work and raise their families. Their "activism" is limited mostly to Church and voting. People are doing pretty much what they already have been doing otherwise. Except "enjoying the show" in this case.
