As many in the world prepare to solemnly observe the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day / Remembrance Day, and utter the words: “Never again. Lest we forget.” for the one-hundredth time, let’s us all hope all really mean it this time.

To those who work so reverently at sowing hatred and division, whether by country, religion, race, ethnicity, culture, gender, or politics, for the sole purpose of enriching yourselves either via fear porn, click bait, ignorance, fake news, media mob, etc., or even just because you’re a bona-fide jackass, GKYS. The peaceful peoples of the world are tired of your BS.

During the two minutes of silence on 11/11 @ 11, I will be remembering my father, his service, his peers, and what he and they stood for: Human rights, truth, honesty, integrity, decency, and justice & liberty for all.
