At least seven messages on former FBI Director James Comey’s private Gmail account were so sensitive that the Department of Justice declined to release them.

The New York Post exclusively obtained 156 of 1,200 pages of messages in which the former FBI director and his chief of staff James Rybicki discussed government business. DOJ refused to hand over seven of the messages because they “disclose techniques and procedures for law enforcement investigations or prosecutions.” Another 363 pages were withheld because they contained privileged FBI communications or out of personal privacy concerns…

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — When Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker leaves office in January, he faces being out of work and off the government payroll for the first time in more than a quarter-century.

He hasn’t said yet what he plans to do next, but at 51, there’s plenty of time for Walker to mount a political comeback. Or, as he hinted on the campaign trail, he could go in a completely different direction and join the ministry like his father did.

“The poor guy, he’s got to consider all options,” said former Gov. Tommy Thompson, who campaigned for Walker. “But first he has to get over the pain of losing. That’s a hell of a lot of pain.”…

Gubernatorial And Senate Race Previously Destroyed Voter Ballots, A Judge Ruled, And Was Most Recently Accused Of Not Removing Dead Voters From The Voter Rolls.

Broward County Board of Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is in charge of vote counting in the area and has yet to disclose how many ballots are still not counted despite the election for governor and Senate occurring two days ago.

In May, a judge ruled that Snipes had violated state and federal law after she destroyed voter ballots in the state’s 2016 congressional election. In the race, former Democratic National Convention (DNC) Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz won re-election by less than 7,000 votes against Democrat primary challenger Tim Canova….

ATLANTA (AP) — He aggressively deleted inactive voters from registration rolls, enforced an “exact match” policy that could have prevented thousands of Georgians from registering to vote and launched an investigation that disrupted a major voter registration drive.

Now Republican Brian Kemp is declaring himself the victor in Georgia’s race for governor, a race so close that even marginal differences in voting and turnout could make the difference in determining whether the race goes to a runoff.

'No One Has Faith in Her': Watters Calls Out Broward County Election Supervisor

"The Five" co-hosts reacted on Friday after a Florida judge sided with Republican Senate candidate and governor Rick Scott in ordering that Republicans be given “immediate” access to requested information about ballots in Broward County, amid explosive lawsuits against the county’s top election official.

Scott – the Republican gubernatorial incumbent narrowly leading in the state's race for a U.S. Senate seat – and the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) alleged that Broward election officials were hiding critical information about the number of votes cast and counted.

State Judge Carol-Lisa Phillips ruled there has “been a violation of the Florida constitution,” as well as the state’s public records act, by not turning over requested records. She ordered Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes to allow for the “immediate inspection” and “photocopying” of the requested records no later than 7:00 p.m. Friday.

Jesse Watters said Snipes has a questionable history, and he took a page from President Trump's nicknaming playbook by dubbing her "Sneaky Snipes."
