A comparison could be done
I always pray for justice to be done, and protection/help for the righteous.
Justice would include all the bad people getting what the law prescribes for them, at minimum. The righteous are those whose thoughts, words, and actions are consonant with the law of God, and with laws of mankind where they does not conflict with God's law.
In Jesus' name we pray this.
