I heard that we had the tech made already for time/travel/ portal gates, that would allow people to travel diferent places in minutes. But the tech was locked away because obama was to become president… well anybody notice all theses electric scooters in select major cities? They are gps , app controlled. Would these might be the product and when it time, the app is Activated and opens portal?
