On Sunday, Trump is scheduled to visit a cemetery in the Paris suburb of Suresnes.

He will also join around 70 other world leaders for a solemn ceremony at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier under the Arc de Triomphe in Paris.

On Saturday, Macron and Merkel traveled to Compiegne in northeast France to unveil a plaque in the forest clearing where the World War 1 armistice was signed.

Trump discussed Jamal Khashoggi with Turkey's president hours after Recep Erdogan passed on an audio tape allegedly capturing the journalist's murder

White House has yet to comment on the recording that Erdogan says he gave the U.S., France, Germany, England and Saudi Arabia

But it did confirm that a conversation about Khashoggi's death took place after Erdogan shared photos of himself talking to Trump inside the dinner

Dinner in Paris for visiting dignitaries celebrating the centennial anniversary of the end of WWI was closed press

Erdogan took his own photos, put them in a release, and posted them to Twitter

Khashoggi died at the Saudi Arabian consulate in Istanbul on Oct. 2

Is said to have been killed by a 15-person hit squad although the kingdom claims his death came about during an interrogation gone wrong
