I slept on the couch for 4 days since its vertical and I could watch tv till I was ready to sleep, I would wake up coughing so hard I couldn't breathe.
I work from home so easy to drink tea all day, as fast as you can drink them, it's important to do the warm liquids to break up flem so you have something to cough up, normally you start getting better the 2nd week, if not go to a dr or if you can't lay flat and breathe, I also bought hot apple cider mix, sometimes you get sick of tea, anything warm, like soup, hot and sour Chinese soup is good too makes you tear and histamines flow in your lungs so coughs work better.
PS thats another reason to sleep sitting up it's easy to get up and pee (all those liquids) if I laid down I would cough for 10 mins before I could get to the bathroom.
If you believe in chem trails you are in the wrong place, thats all BS it's not possible, sick of hearing it, you don't dump chem in engines, only someone stupid would think you would do that. Look at every fucking splaying plane there is, it's shot out the back or nozzles on the wings, nobody is going to ruin multi million dollar motors spray out of them.

Every idiot shows contrails and says they are spraying, no it's contrails not chem since the contrails are exiting the engines and only a really stupid idiot believes chem spraying would be worth ruining a billion dollar aircraft.
PS didn't say it's impossible, yes I see pics of C130 spraying, they use to spray swamps with DDT, I see crop dusters, lots of spraying.
Its the idiots that see weight and balance test tanks and say it's chem, special kind of stupid there. I guess it's hard if you don't fly, but there isn't any extra space for weight on a plane to load chem after your paying passengers/freight.
