Not a newbie, but ignorant on this and never saw listed in 'rules' etc.

Why, and by whom, are some of our posts redacted? Curious, the more so as we pride these boards as supporting free speech. It may be sensitive info but it doesn't ALWAYS appear to be to prevent doxing. Is this done by the BO? If so, how does one know what/when to cover text with all black? Is this a question better left unanswered? Thanks.

Thanks. I primarily use a tablet and a lot of functionality is prevented. If I click on a op, it usually takes me to the original post…which takes forever, whereas the desktop opens the op to the side. Thanks, I would have never figured it out. Another reason to start using the desktop, though it's a pain. Again, thanks anon.

Cheers on the answer to my earlier spoiler query. Would have been a long while before, if ever, I figured it out. Back to digging.
