Kek, of course the California vote isn't valid! Beyond the obvious machine fuckery that you outlined, there are MILLIONS of illegals there, with motor-voter laws and what-not, they are sure to vote. For me, that should invalidate ALL of their votes, and their Congressional reps shouldn't be seated.
