Looks like either Topanga canyon Rd State Route 27 or HWY 23 Westlake Blvd leading to the same general area.

 

In a fire driving into that canyon is a death wish, driving out leads to Malibu area, which was on fire as well.

 

If they would have been tending to the underbrush and dead foliage they would not have nearly as much of a problem.

 

The state gov cares not about land management, only the $$$ they can stuff in their pockets.
