This is much worse than 2000. In 2000, they were genuine votes, and we were trying to figure out the voter intent. Now (and in 2008, 2012 and 2016) they're totally fake manufactured ballots.
There were probably those in 2000 also or it wouldn't have been so close, but I don't recall enough about that election to think of details to support that theory.
