Chinese marked tanks don't have to be used by Chinese armies. Think hordes of invaders heading to the border. Not saying they will be used, but have been staged for some future purpose.
Ports compromised for decades. Who knows what has been staged where in the country and for what purpose. Scorched earth has always been their endgame is they lose.
