Yes, the young man was more than likely mentally ill and put on drugs for maybe 10 years, drugs like serroquel that we are told NOW not to be used in children under 18. Drugs that come with side effects that they are supposed to be treated for.
Not sure if they have identified the 12 other kids yet but I bet the parents are illegal and scared to come forward.

I am a very proactive parent of a schizophrenic and have struggled with it for 14 years and I know for a fact that agencies were involved at some point but no one wanted to make a decision, could be wrong on the kid but I know what I went through. I am sure if a dig was done, police were involved, cps, records are sealed but police reports are not. The sheriff said it well, you can not stop someone if they are bent on destruction all we can do is pick up pieces. I paid $150 for doctor visit just to get sons scripts, they are all corrupt.
