Under control of CodeMonkey at data center, IMO. They probably changed the site's javascript to reduce the load of anons' browsers continually checking for updated posts when a bread is full. So the last refresh on each page needs to be manual. It would help their efforts to combat DDoS and maintain site performance under heavy load.
Currently my browser shows only the new thread; the old one is gone.
Different anons will see different things depending on what's in their browser's cache and how recently they refreshed the page, I believe.
I see 167 memes tagged DECLAS and 482 tagged FISA (some overlap between the two sets) in the Meme library
I would prefer not to have to repost all of them but am willing to do so if anons are unwilling to access the Mega Image Library
