Telecom with ties to China's government misdirected traffic for two and a half years.

Alibaba signs comprehensive partnership with China Telecom.

1: USA internet traffic gets routed thru China Telecom for 2 1/2 yrs.

2: ALIBABA has had an AI & Cloud Data Center in Silicon Valley since (2015).

3: ALIBABA is a Chinese company now w/ Increased Connection to PRC's China Telecom.

Is that like letting the fox in the hen-house?
