The problem with your "theory" is you assume every person who is eligible to vote does. In reality, it comes down to turnout. Therefore, you have "proven" nothing.
Having said that, the Dems are fraudulently obtaining their votes. In my city, they were buying votes from the homeless with cigarettes.
