Hmmm… Would that be "LET" as in: 1. to cause to (make or allow) ? OR, would that be "LET" as in: 2. used in the imperative to introduce a request or proposal (let us pray).

Is this Q telling us that "Unsealing and DECLAS" is finally starting to happen?

Or is this Q "Requesting" that "Unsealing and DECLAS" finally start happening?
