Why do you think this is bullshit. This has been talked about for decades. I remember hearing stuff like this as a kid but back then it was not cost worthy since there was plenty of water. Have you see how the Mississippi has been drying up in areas? Some lakes are disappearing? Coastlines lose their oceans while the fishing boats are stuck in sand until the water comes back? Where did this ocean water go anyway? No one knows. I know I am talking about two different things here but something is going on with our water here on earth and we had batter pay attention.
